2.5″ Santos Palisander Stirrups

A truly unique stirrup, the Santos Palisander perfectly complements western saddles with darker leather tones while creating a striking contrast against lighter leather.
Like all our wooden stirrups, these are handcrafted in Germany and constructed from 27 to 30 layers of laminated wood, reinforced with fiberglass for exceptional strength and durability. The stainless steel bolt hardware features a flush sunken bolt cover on both sides, ensuring a smooth surface to protect your horse’s torso from protrusions.

Santos Palisander wood is known for its exceptional beauty and durability, making it a stunning choice for stirrups. Its rich, deep hues range from dark brown to reddish-purple, often highlighted by intricate grain patterns and natural luster. This exotic hardwood is not only visually striking but also incredibly strong and resistant, ensuring longevity. These stirrups are 2.5″ (62mm) deep heel to toe, beveled on one side for easy foot access. Leather covered footbed is available in all of our leather colors.
