Saddle warranty

NATURAL HORSEMAN SADDLES, PARELLI SADDLES and GLENN SADDLES are handcrafted utilizing our revolutionary SMARTFLX™ trees.
They are fully guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years from the original purchase date
from CONTOUR SADDLERY and valid only to the new saddle owner (non-transferable).

Warranties are only valid when the saddle has been used in accordance with the particular model’s intended purpose.
Things that may also affect your warranty are incorrect storage and or improper care.
Any saddle presented for warranty replacement/repair will be assessed on a case by case basis to
determine cause/origin of the fault in question. Natural Horseman Saddles has, at its sole discretion,
the option to repair defects or to replace the saddle as we deem fit. Shipping costs (or any taxes) to and from the
factory for repairs, not included unless fault has been claimed by Contour Saddlery in which case shipping costs will be refunded/paid.

Our saddles are known for their rugged durability and beauty as well as their unique function.
However, the 10 year Guarantee does not cover service parts attached such as tie-strings, latigos, rear rigging billets,
cinch, fenders, hobble straps, stirrups, conchos, seat covering, underside fleece, leather or felt due to the variable amounts
of wear and tear that stress these items during use.

If applicable to your saddle model, all leather saddle body
parts including seat, jockeys, flaps and skirts will be warrantied for 2 years if used in accordance with care/storage instructions.
Responsible care of your saddle and all attached parts will assure many years of fine service beyond the warranty expiration date.

*If your saddle contains NON LEATHER components such as WAX WEAR, we will warranty these items also for a period of 2 years.

Customers who want to return any NHS, Parelli Saddles or Glenn Saddles merchandise are asked to contact us prior to sending the item to our warehouse. We will issue to the customer a return of merchandise authorization (RMA). This let’s us know how to handle and process the returned item. Please be certain to include your RMA number on the outside of your package to us, as well as included within your order.

Contour Saddlery offers a 30 day money back policy on our pads and shims. Ride and try your pad and shims and return them to us for a full refund of the product price (excl. shipping) if you don’t like them for any reason. All other in-stock, non clearance, accessory orders can be returned if new and in unused condition within 30 days. Custom ordered items (produced with hardware, leather color, tooling and dimensions specified and made to order for customer) are non refundable/returnable except for defects in craftsmanship and/or materials. Custom orders with incorrect sizing or color choices selected by customer are not considered defects.

Our limited warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and/or materials. It is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Please save your invoice/sales order, as proof of purchase will be required with any return. Final decisions regarding condition and reimbursement are at the sole discretion of the warranty department.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Except for customers returning a defective item within 90 days, customers wishing to simply exchange items due to being unsuitable will be expected to cover all shipping costs.

Please refer to the RMA process described below to arrange a return of merchandise. The RMA# is valid for 30 days so please return your products promptly. Note: Items returned without a RMA# issued by Contour Saddlery and outside the return policy term will not be eligible for a refund. You must first make contact with our customer service team before returning any items.

Customers who want to return or exchange any Contour Saddlery merchandise are asked to contact us prior to sending the item to our warehouse. Please complete the PRODUCT RETURN FORM. We will issue to the customer a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA#). This lets us know how to handle and process the returned item. Please be certain to include your RMA number on the outside of your package to us, as well as included within your package.
